"I live in a charming house with a romantic roof. I had some leaks. A small but delicate work. Mr. Delhez did the repairs with care. Mr. Delhez works alone. So you deal directly with the "patron". When doing repairs Mr. Delhez consulted me for the options. He is not somebody who will try to sell you the most expensive solution in order to gain some extra money. He will suggest what is realistic and feasible. When Mr. Delhez is working on your roof, you know you deal with somebody you can trust."

"I will not recommend this roofer. I raised my complaint with the owner multiple times but to no avail. He has charged me a significant sum for incomplete works (€233) and he as asked for another €320 to complete the works. Originally, this contractor said he could fix a roof leak for a fee of €233 (he gave reassurances but no guarantee). He and his colleagues showed up for fifteen minutes (and spent another five minutes on a separate case). The roofers did not have any material equipment (and rather asked the client for a screwdriver!). I originally invited this roofer to give a quote for a roof leak and to redo a roof given his positive google reviews. Yet, these google reviews have been misleading and I want to prevent any future customer to face the difficulties that I faced with this roofer. In reference to the owner’s response the following points are corrections - I did not twist the truth and have written evidence that Benoit Delhez gave reassurances that he could fix my roof leak for €233. - The roof leak was not repaired and he only spent 15 minutes and said he can fix the problem for an additional €320. - I did not threaten Benoit Delhez with legal action but requested a full refund of the €233 since the works were incomplete. Since Benoit refused to grant the refund I have escalated the case with the relevant authorities. - Every future customer of Benoit Delhez has the right to know the above points and review."
